To create their account, your service provider will need to provide their IBAN to receive payments and provide their NAN code certifying that they practice a Personal Service activity.
The NAN code is a unique number assigned by the CESU Reimbursement Center (CR CESU) to any service provider who affiliates with it. It consists of 7 digits and a key (composed of an asterisk and a digit). During affiliation, the service provider receives a welcome letter containing their NAN code, their password to access their personal space on the CR CESU website. Yes, but the tax benefit only applies to expenses that employees have actually paid: for example, if an employee paid β¬1200 for housekeeping during the year, of which β¬1000 with Wellmind, they can only benefit from the tax credit on the remaining amounts, i.e., β¬200.
To recall, the tax benefit granted to you as an individual is 50% of the expenses actually paid during the year (salaries + social contributions) within a limit of β¬12,000. That is a maximum tax benefit of β¬6,000 per year.
This ceiling can be increased by an additional β¬1,500 notably for:

If you declare your income on the www.impots.gouv.fr website, the amount of your tax benefit will be automatically indicated in your income declaration. To justify your tax benefit, CESU provides you with an annual certificate. The tax certificate shows the expenses incurred for domestic employment. This document includes all declarations recorded between January 1st of the previous year and January 15th of the current year. It certifies the net salaries paid and contributions deducted for the year. A message informs you annually of the availability of your tax certificate in your personal space. By calling on a direct service provider, you become an employer, but don't worry! The formalities for personal service employment are considerably simplified and we are here to support you. The steps to follow are:

Your banking information is only used to complete your payments to service providers if the cost of the service is higher than the balance available in your account or if your company has chosen a contribution of less than 100%.
